How we keep kids safe
Each promise below comes with the way we keep it.
| Our promise | How we keep it |

| Adults on the field | Garret Tadlock, the adult in charge, is on the field for every session. No coach is ever alone with a child. |
| Background checks | The adult in charge is background checked. |
| Small groups | One coach for every 6 to 8 kids. Each group keeps the same coaches all morning. |
| Check-in and check-out | Every child is signed in and signed out. Pick-up is only by adults on your form. If someone else comes, we call you first. |
| First aid | A first aid kit, ice and a charged phone are at the field. A child who takes a knock to the head sits out for the rest of the day and we call you. |
| Snacks and allergies | Every snack is checked against the allergies you list on the form before it is handed out. |
| Weather | Lightning or heavy rain cancels the session. We text you before 8:00 am. If thunder starts during a session, everyone leaves the field and play waits 30 minutes after the last thunder. |
| How we coach | Praise first, then one thing to try. No yelling at kids and no exercise as punishment. |
| Privacy and photos | Your information stays with the camp’s organizers. No names or photos are posted without your yes. |
